This section documents how Sparky takes care of himself. It includes information on how to maintain Sparky’s physical and mental health, as well as how to provide emotional support to Sparky.
Physical
Hygiene
Sparky requires regular maintenance to keep himself clean and functioning properly. To accomplish this, he cleans himself according to the following schedule:
- Daily: face wash and moisturize, tooth brush, hair wash & condition, shower.
- Weekly: exfoliate.
Shower
Sparky’s showering routine can be broken down into two types:
- Quick Shower: Sparky takes a quick shower to clean with shampoo, no conditioner, no face cleanser, and clean with body wash. He does this when he needs to be out of the house quickly. This shower typically lasts takes 20-30 minutes.
- Longer Shower: Sparky takes a longer shower to condition his hair and do face cleanser. He does this once a week. This shower typically lasts 30-45 minutes, including styling and facial regimen, excluding shaving.
Throughout a vacation, Sparky may only take quick showers to save time and not have to worry about extra maintenance. You may observe his hair becoming frizzy and more flaky as a result.
Face Care
Sparky’s face care routine is essential to maintain his skin’s health and smoothness. His face care routine is fairly simple:
- Cleansing: Sparky uses a gentle face wash to clean his face. This helps to remove dirt and oil from his skin.
- Shaving: Sparky shaves his face either every day to maintain a specific appearance for their puppy or partner or will leave it for long spans and not shaving to add a layer of depth to their appearance.
- Moisturizing: Sparky uses a moisturizer to keep his skin hydrated. This helps to prevent dryness and maintain his skin’s health.
